3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
  • Review all documents and reports provided by us and promptly notify us of any errors or concerns
  • Make timely payments for services rendered according to our agreed-upon fee schedule
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the services provided and will be disclosed before the commencement of work. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of specific projects
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified
  • Late payments may incur additional fees at a rate of 1.5% per month

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or professional standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and documents prepared by us remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to such claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
